Free In-Gym Personal Training Session

A Free Session of Personal Training gives you a chance to meet our Personal Trainers, See if you are comfortable in our gym, and explore all your pricing options for different Personal Training Programs (Weight Loss, Tone and Firm, Improve Health, etc) . Let’s face it, it’s always a good idea to test the waters and see if we are a good fit. We promise to never be pushy or salesy. We want  you to be comfortable with your Trainer!

When you come in to meet with Nathan, our Fitness Manager, he will talk to you about your goals, availability, preferences and any injuries or challenges you may have. Together you will determine which of our personal trainers would be the best match – each of our personal trainers comes with their own style and experience. There is never any pressure for you to commit to working with us. 

Your Free Personal Training Session involves:

  • Guiding you through the process of working with our personal trainers - from start to finish.

You will be working out with a trainer for light workout in order for us to get to know your level of fitness and your goals – come prepared to spend an hour and workout!

  • Taking the time to explain what you can expect when working with us and answering any of your questions

This is your opportunity to ask any questions and get a real feel for what it’s like to have a personal trainer committed to seeing YOU SUCCEED.

  • No pressure for you to sign up or commit to anything

You are going to learn a ton and have a great time – NO STRESS.

You have nothing to lose. If you’ve worked out with a personal trainer before, then you will see how our team compares to your previous experience – and if you’ve never worked out with a personal trainer, then you’ll get a quick look into the power of accountability and partnership.
