Our New Massage Therapist

Integrative Massage and Bodywork Portland
(from Victor’s website)

Son of a Physician and a Nurse, I have been fascinated by the human body and it’s interconnected workings from a very young age. This passion led me to a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2005. After years of working in different realms of healthcare as a Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist in Europe, I became a Watsu® Provider with the International School of Watsu® in Spain; then a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon in 2016 (License #22189), and a Watsu® Practitioner in 2018 with the WorldWide Aquatic Bodywork Association.

In each session, my clients can depend upon my full presence, intuitive touch, and connection to their specific aims and needs, creating harmony while reducing pain, tension, stress, and anxiety. I have been practicing bodywork, massage and manual therapy for over 14 years and my training through the years has been extensive (+2500h) with different schools and international well-known teachers in Europe and in the USA. I seamlessly combine into my Watsu sessions a wide variety of techniques, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Maitland Australian Manual Therapy.

In the past few months, I have been renting a massage studio once a week. And now I am ready to step up and expand my Massage practice. The new Massage studio is located in the Lloyd Athletic Club (LAC), which is a centrally located gym in Portland, with 2 free parking lots, The LAC offers a wide variety of work out options from all-inclusive group classes like yoga and pilates to free-weights, cardio, racquetball, squash and personal training for individuals, and also offers full locker room with a hot tub, steam room, and sauna. My clients have access to all facilities as a guest within the next hour after our appointment.
