DESIGNED FOR YOU

One on One Training appointments are offered in a larger variety of times and durations. Most outside Personal Trainers give you workouts based on their own opinions on what’s best for you and are more than happy to go on and on about what you “should do” (otherwise known as mansplaining). But we will work WITH YOU to develop a plan that works for you in the time-frame you want (as long as it’s realistic). We will never lie to you or promise you unrealistic results. We want you to succeed, we will never set you up to fail.

BEST OF ALL WORLDS

We will hold you accountable to your goals as little or as much as you want us to! Why? Because we want you to succeed. Once we work with you to develop a program that’s doable for you and accomplishes measurable results then we will teach you how to manage it.

Even as your age, your goals, and your life changes you will know how to adapt your fitness plan to meet your needs. You will not get this aspect with most other Personal Trainers.

Another great benefit of working with us is unlimited Small Group Personal Training for all One on One Clients that meet at least 2x per week. Once you are signed up for our One-on-One Training, you are welcome to join any number of group sessions. Group sessions are fun, fast paced and give you a chance to work with a range of different Trainers all from differing backgrounds and specialties. You will always have your Primary Trainer that manages your program but hitting a few Small Group Training sessions during the week can really propel you towards success!

DIVERSE OPTIONS

Working with a Trainer in a gym setting (even versus a Personal Training Studio) gives the great advantage of diversity in workouts. There are simply many more options in exercise equipment, classes, and recovery tools such as hot-tubs/steam-rooms/saunas than you find in smaller facilities.

You will also most likely be on your own in a gym of some sort in your future so the more you can learn how to utilize the equipment and weights all while feeling more comfortable and confident only benefits you all the more.

Your One on One Personal Training workouts will certainly be tough and challenging. But we will design each one specifically for you with your success always in mind.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Working out on your own, in a small group setting.

Small Group Training consists of workout sessions designed by your Trainer that you do with a small group of people. Because the group is limited to 10 or fewer attendees you will still receive the personal attention you need to succeed. Each SGT session is unique – giving you a variety of experience and confidence with free & body weights, machines and resistance bands.

1

THIS IS NO SOCIAL HOUR

You get a GREAT workout with small group – and you’ve got the benefit of seeing other’s doing the same exercises and getting feedback from the Trainers. It’s a nice addition to your one-on-one Personal Training sessions and you can drop in any time and stay for as long as you like.

2

FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS

No matter what your fitness level, you’ll find it easy to follow the routine and work within your parameters. If you are working around an injury or feeling like hitting it hard – you will have the flexibility to go at your pace.

3

THE HOW, WHEN AND WHAT IS ALL DECIDED

The best part of the work out is that YOU are not responsible for either maintaining attendance levels or building the spectrum of exercises. Show up – Work out – Feel great!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How much does Personal Training Cost?

There are pricing options for almost any budget. Our expert Trainers will do what they can to make something work for you. Our Personal Training Sessions range from 30-90 minutes and cost between $39-99 per session depending on duration of sessions and size of package purchased. Hour long sessions are the most popular and those range from $52-69. Small Group Training is a great way to get semi-private Personal Training at a much lower price. This option can reduce your per session cost to under $6!

  • CAN A TRAINER JUST GIVE ME A WORKOUT TO DO AND THEN I WILL DO IT ON MY OWN?

This is a very common question and we completely understand why people ask it. Personal Training is not cheap, it is an investment. We get why you would want to save money, but Personal Training is far more than just a good workout. It is about accountability, using the correct form so that you don’t get injured, doing what’s right for you today, nutrition, and all-around health and fitness that can not be planned for weeks in advanced. We do not typically see results from simply giving someone a workout.

  • HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

One on One Personal Training sessions are typically 30 – 90 minutes though most clients find that 60 minutes works best for their schedule. The Free Session is where we work with you to see what is going to work best for you and your schedule in order to see the results that you are looking for.

Small Group Personal Training workouts are roughly an hour long even though our Trainers are usually there for up to a two-hour timeslot. This allows our clients to come anytime during that time range and complete the individualized workouts at their own pace. If you are short on time then our Trainers can modify the workout to give you a more condensed workout that will still push you towards your goals.

  • SHOULD I BE LIFTING WEIGHTS IN MY WORKOUT ROUTINE?

Yes! You should be lifting weights, or practicing “resistance training” as we call it, for a multitude of reasons. It increases calorie burn, increases your Basil Metabolic Rate (metabolism), helps steer away osteoporosis, helps increase energy levels, and much more. Another benefit is that after losing body fat the skin can stay a little loose. Building some muscle will help fill in that skin and help you look toned without looking “big”. If “big” is actually what you are looking for then resistance training is the only way to get there.

  • WON’T RESISTANCE TRAINING MAKE MY MUSCLES LOOK “MANLY”?

This is a common misconception with resistance training. Many people are worried that if they lift heavy weight then they will build way too much muscle and get “huge”! Try asking a “huge” person next time you see one and they will tell you that it takes years of a strict regimen of eating massive amounts of food and extremely heavy resistance training, it doesn’t happen in a few months or on accident and most of it comes down to genetics. Realistically, it can take weeks of hard training to see just a few pounds of muscle growth. If at any point you feel that you have all the muscle growth that you want, then we simply stop adding additional weight.
